”The only issue I have is there is no coffee pot in the room. We get up pretty early and they didn’t have coffee in the lobby that early. Now that I know I’ll go prepared next time. Otherwise was nice and comfortable especially for the price.”

”Drove out here specifically for use of the advertised jetted tub. Not only were we not able to use the tub because of no available hot water. We weren't able to shower either. Staff did offer $25 credit but when the standard room is $100 cheaper than the premium king room with tub and it has working water... I feel like I was left holding a much larger bill than I should have. Also shower had someone else's hair in the drain.. do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. You won't regret it.”

”First, i just want to say the building was built in the 1950s? ANY structure built back then, that close to the ocean is going to take a beating. With that said it's rustic, but we loved it and will be back.”

”Location close to the beach was great. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. The only downfall was the one chair in the room was unusable. It was stained and peeling. Pretty gross. The fabric was in shreds. I called the front desk to notify them but they said it was done during covid because of harsh chemicals. That was 6 years ago! Why haven’t they replaced them. Everything was wonderful except for looking at the ripped chair and not having anywhere else to sit on but the bed. The hotel was very nice...

”The staff greeted us when we arrived. They were very helpful when we asked for restaurant recommendations. Our room was clean and spacious. The only downside for us was that there wasn’t a good view. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay.”

”This is a quaint little place, with a lot of character and very clean. Excellent beach access. Some road noise but other than that very quiet. However, I did not find the value in the facilities--ocean view from room not what I expected, and room furnishings old and mismatched. I only stayed one of my two nights paid. I would rate this a 3 out of 5.”

”We had a really lovely time staying at the Newport Belle. The rooms were really fun, on theme, and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be visiting again!”
