Canoe Creek Cabin - Varusteltu taimenvirta 24 yksityisellä hehtaarilla Decorahista pohjoiseen!

Tule nauttimaan maailman parhaista taimenen kalastus- ja retkeilyreiteistä aivan ovensi ulkopuolella! Kiinteistöön kuuluu niitetty puron julkisivu, jossa on monia syviä kalastusreikiä, sekä erilaisia villieläimiä ja luonnonvaraisia kukkoja, jotka ovat hajallaan ympäri 24 hehtaaria. West Canoe Creek virtaa koko tämän kiinteistön läpi. Vuonna 2018 DNR varastoi tähän virtaan yli 1 700 kirjolohta. Virtaan sisältyy myös villi taimen. Sinulla on pääsy tähän koko 24 hehtaarin lohkoon ja viereisiin julkisiin kalastuskiinteistöihin. Myös sieni metsästys voi olla hienoa tässä ominaisuudessa keväällä monien kuolleiden Elm-puiden kanssa. Tunnettu siementen säästäjien vaihto on hiukan yli kilometrin päässä tästä hotellista. Ne tarjoavat suuren vierailukeskuksen, hedelmätarhan ja isännöivät useita tapahtumia ympäri vuoden.

Sisällä mökissä ei ole tällä hetkellä suihkua / kylpyammetta (tulossa vuodelle 2020), mutta mökin vieressä on portti-potta käytettäväksi. Keittiössä on täysi juokseva vesi. Pääkerroksessa on queen-vuode, ja parvella on 3 erillistä vuodetta ja yksi täysi sänky. Mökki sisältää mukavan katetun kannen (kaasugrilli ja patio), josta on näkymät Canoe Creek Valleylle. Ohjaamon vieressä on autokatos 2 ajoneuvolle, jotka voidaan pysäköidä elementtien alle ja ulos. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu ja sisältää kaiken mitä tarvitset minkään aterian keittämiseen. Mökissä on televisio DVD-soittimella, jos sää ei toimi. Mökissä on ilmastointi ja uuni, jota voidaan käyttää ohjaamaan ilmastoa. Polttopuut toimitetaan myös rauhallisten nuotioiden nauttimiseen ulkona. Tämä 24 hehtaarin paratiisi tarjoaa unohtumattomia muistoja ystävien ja perheen kanssa!

The cabin fit our needs perfectly. We got up and went for a long walk on the trails in the morning and sat outside on the covered deck and played cards in the afternoon. Plenty of room for everyone to meet up and spend quality family time together between events.

Love the location and distance from town to do activities with our family. Was above and be on handle cook a meal as a family. And love that all the items with cookware was at this location. That’s a plus, with a family. The accommodations were above our expectations! Great getaway if you love nature.

This is our second stay at this location. The property and area is wonderful. If you’re looking for a quiet spot to getaway for a few days and don’t require fancy accommodations, this is for you. However, I would love to see a few updates made to this cabin. Our backs are so sore from sleeping on the outdated mattress in the main bedroom. It’s time to think about bringing in a new one, as well as new sheets. They’re so ratty and pilled! Very scratchy on the skin. The coffee took over one hour to brew and doesn’t stay warm because the heating plate is totally roasted. Please get a new coffee maker, they’re pretty cheap. Can something be done about all the annoying gnats on the porch? Maybe have someone come out and spray the property. We could barely enjoy ourselves outside. Okay, other than that, great stay, and we’ll probably come back once the bed has been updated. We can bring our own coffee pot. ;)

Absolutely wonderful. Very peaceful quiet place, close to Canoe creek for fishing. I will be back. Went with son in law and he stated he will bring his family up there. Loved the fact that it was a dark area so stars at night were amazing. Lots of wildlife to see, even got to meet neighbors dog, which we named Ralph, very well trained and friendly.

The property was exactly what we were looking for---private and peaceful with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our family of 3. The host Brendon was very responsive and provided detailed instructions for the check-in and check-out process. The cabin is fully equipped with everything you need and the carport was nice to protect our vehicle from the elements.

This is our third visit and we will be back. Cabin is not fancy, but has everything we needed. Spent time trout fishing and just enjoying nature. I highly suggest this cabin if you are looking for a getaway away from it all!

We had a great time at this cabin. We walked down to the trout stream and caught a couple trout! We drove to close by streams and caught trout. Sitting on the porch was so relaxing even though it was hot during our stay, the breeze kept it comfortable. The cabin is well stocked and very comfortable. We will definitively be back.

If you are looking for privacy, seclusion, and relaxation this is the place for you! We LOVE this property and hope to return for a third (and more) time. The fishing is great and right in your back yard. The property is beautiful; we saw deer every day and had some amazing bird watching with our binocs. It is only a short drive to some good restaurants and cute shops (Decorah). The house is stocked with everything you need. This is the only property we’ve ever made a point to visit for a second time, and we can’t wait to come again!

Nothing fancy about it, which is exactly what we wanted. A simple place that had running water, electricity and a bed at night. Streams that are on the property were well maintained. Lots of wildlife around. We will definitely be staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay immensely.. The inside of the house was very nice, though somewhat dated. A lot of the outside was a little bit unkept and needed some work. It is a very nice location and convenient to many local attractions. Plus fishing in the creek was pretty good.

I wanted to spend my 70th birthday pretending that we lived in a little farmhouse surrounded by trees and a trout stream, close to town, but out in the countryside, and voila! There we were! A perfect getaway for us! Cabin instructions were easy to understand, and everything we needed was there. Hope to return.
