”The staff was rude for no reason! The room seemed so old and felt it needed renovations! The washroom was very dirty and the lighting in the room felt like I’m living in a 1980’s property with such dim lights”

”We really enjoyed this hotel. It’s very low-key and kind of hidden. I wouldn’t have thought to have had such a great experience there, but I really did. It was very nice of them to have snacks for breakfast and some coffee. The coffee in the room was very good and better than some high-end hotels I’ve stayed in. There’s plenty of parking in the parking is also free. I definitely would stay here again.”

”The bathroom had blood stains on the ground that were sticky and our room smelled like rotten eggs. The staff as soon as we checked in were arguing with customers and then proceeded to be rude to me and my group.”

”Clean room good bed.”

”This was really good. Super friendly host, comfortable room and bed, beautiful place and easy access to city.”

”Most staff were polite and courteous. One staff told me the hotel had no glass cups when I requested, only paper and plastic cups. The next day upon check out another staff told me there were glass cups available upon request. Which is it?”

”It was a nice hotel for sure, perfectly good for me. Very friendly staff. A bit on the expensive side though, at least this particular stay.”

”Bien situé, personnels accueillant.”

”Not a five star hotel when you consider the condition of the hotel... the breakfast is not worth it for the price. After first morning, I ate my breakfast in Gastown's amazing brunch places.”

”Perfect big bed and room, super clean and quiet.”

”Staff were friendly and considerate. The room was clean and spacious with a nice view of the North Shore mountains. Bed was comfortable. The room repair was as good as many more expensive hotels. I would certainly choose to stay there again for a downtown show because there is frequent public transit right outside the hotel.”
