”The motel is pretty basic for the price, but everything was OK in the room (bed heaters were very nice; wifi and TV reception not very good). The restaurant is surprisingly good. But what really makes this place worth staying are the surroundings! The scenery is just beautiful and there are kangaroos and cockatoos everywhere. Recommended!”

”I enjoyed my stay here, I had driven for over 5 hours and was tired after a sightseeing tour of Bendigo. I booked last minute, but it was no hassle, check in was easy and the room itself was comfortable and roomy, powerful shower which was nice, and although next to the main highway through Stawell (where freight road trains rumble past) I couldn't hear them in my room and had an undisturbed sleep. ”Visited Hi-Way Eight Motor Inn for one night with a group of friends while on a weekend trip to the Grampians. Location was perfect when coming from Melbourne, and our stay was overall very pleasant. The room was in stellar condition and the hotel staff was very friendly upon arrival and throughout our stay. You definitely get value for your money, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone. ”
