After a long drive, it was very pleasant to have a front desk manager, who took the time to explain how features of my room worked, as well as, contacted me after I got settled in my room, to make sure everything was to my liking. ”I loved looking out the window to see the water and boats. My kids loved seeing the seals right from our bedroom window. I loved being walking distance to many different dining options. Staff was so nice!!”

”The receptionists had pretty much no clue what he was doing, and even admitted that himself. There were sketchy people all around, and probably because of them, a security guard too. The rooms smelled a bit of tobacco, even though they were non-smoking rooms. Loud banging from upstairs came the whole night.”
