This place is full of false advertising. They have an extra hidden fee that they don’t show online that they force you to pay when you rent a room here. Second of all they advertise that they have smoke free rooms, which they don’t. I booked a smoke free room and was given a smoking room. When I complained at the desk , the employee worker became super aggressive and started threatening me, and was yelling at me. This is the worst place I have ever...

”Every staff member we encountered was SO friendly! The young man and woman at the front desk, breakfast staff-the tall man and shot woman (she said the staff calls her “Shortie” were all lovely! So many times at hotels, the staff acts like the guests are a bother, but this staff all behaved as though they were happy to be there. So refreshing! The coffee-brewed to order 24/7 was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints! ”
