”Overall was a good experience. Just a little pricey.”

”We were pleasantly surprised at the warm friendliness of hotel staff.”

”The best thing about my stay was the helpful staff and a cheap place to get a good nights sleep. The room never cooled down even with the AC running at full power all night, and the room smelled wet/moldy. The bathroom had actual mold and the toilet was not secured to the wall. There were very few places to plug things in. The elevator and ice machine were not functional. Breakfast was minimal.”

”We had standing water in our room, when we went to tell the front desk, we were told "I can get you a mop" The soaps were locked in so high my kids couldn't reach them and the AC unit kicked on so loud it was hard to get to sleep. Bed was comfortable, good water pressure.”

”The room was very nice and cozy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was very quiet and relaxing.”

”Unclean and erroneous service.”

”This place is not what it sounds like it is a joke we had so many problems and they did not fix one of them one was the refrigerator and we had kids with us they never came then we had bugs in our place ever came ask to talk to someone no one ever called it is done though Tex message no one is ever at the office and if you need clean towels they tell you to wash the ones you have please look somewhere else”

”It was nice and peaceful”

”Great stay! Cute cabin, beautiful view!”

”Terrible Experience — Would Not Recommend Booked a non-smoking room, only to discover that it had clearly been smoked in recently. Within a minute of entering, Didn't sit down, unpack, or touch anything. Immediately returned to the front desk to explain the situation and cancel the reservation. The woman at the front desk, who was also the owner, assured me that the room would be refunded. That refund never happened. Absolutely unacceptable experience. Would not recommend this property to...

”Fabulous location. Beautiful property. Lots of additional extras like games room, massive dvd collection and player in room for those of us from across the pond that can’t easily access Netflix etc. particularly enjoyed the selection of home made baked goods on offer. Really nice to come back to a cuppa and a piece of cake in the afternoon, or whenever you feel like it. Varied breakfast menu each day, always delicious. Loads of extra space for wandering around and a barn with table tennis for...

”There’s a narrow spiral staircase that made me nervous. It’s wooden and creaks as you step. But it’s ingenuously made, possibly by hand. The cabin has lots of little touches like that that tell you it was lovingly built and decorated. The mural downstairs is the most obvious example, but there’s also an antique dresser for the master bath’s sink, etc. The hot tub was great. It has a bar that makes it possible for one person to remove the cover. The description on the Jackson Mountain rentals...
