Camping Cabin/Home near Tappan Lake Campground

Did you know that last year the eleven cabins in the Tappan Lake Campground were all sold out in April for the rest of the summer? Not only were these cabins booked for the summer by April, they were booked clear thru December 1 when the campground closed. These cabins cost over $1200 per week!

Our three bedroom, two bath camping home is located right at the entrance of Tappan Lake Campground. It sleeps four people comfortably, offers two full baths, and three bedrooms.
The space
Our camping home is glamping at its finest! Yes, there is room for a tent if you want to set one up, but why not have air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a full size kitchen! Plus, with our camping home, you have complete access to the lake and the campground in two minutes.

Other homes and cabins to rent in the area are not convenient to accessing the lake and the only public swimming area, which is at the campground.

Don't settle for a house or a home that is 5-10 miles from the lake, when you can rent this home that is at the entrance of the campground! It is SO inconvenient to be driving 5-10 miles every time someone wants to swim, or you forgot something, or even want to get a cooler with some food!

Don't want to wait in the lines, pay for expensive food, and eat in public areas??? With this home, you can leave the lake and be in your own gourmet kitchen in two minutes! Not only can you stock the fridge, but our kitchen offers granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

While you are there, throw some clothes in your private washer and dryer instead of paying a fortune to share the minimal number of washers and dryers at the campground.

The home is on a full lot, where you can enjoy your own yard and fire without being on top of someone else's campsite!

I grew up at Tappan Lake, and I love the lake and the campground - but let's face it - "public" facilities are not that "fun" nor "clean" when the campground is packed with people!

This camping home sleeps four comfortably, but you can add two more with the use of our air mattresses.
