”The parking was the best park of the stay.
So my partner and I showed up around 5pm to check into our room ( we booked this room properly about a month a head of time). The front desk women is brand new has no idea what she doing. No problem so the manager comes out and helps. The manager gives a room key and we go up to our room the room was not cleaned at all from the previous guest that was there. So we go back down stairs and tell both of them that the room was not clean at all. They look...

”Worst hotel experience I have had ever, and I travel a lot.
10 night stay/business trip for me and never going back.
First room I had on top floor, there is absolutely no water pressure at all, they warned me at the reception, but why would they still give me this room?
After complaining I got room from second floor and the rooms has this connecting door in between, absolutely horrible idea to have these because you can hear everything through from room next to you and I mean...

”Bring slippers, carpet will make your feet or socks black. Staff are super friendly. Beds are comfortable and clean. Bathroom had some mildew stains on the caulk but that’s an easy fix. Breakfast is good enough for free. It consisted of plain omelet with cheese, sausage links, yogurt and cereal and some bread to make toast with. Parking is good, plenty of space.”

”Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hallways were dirty, the elevator was covered in fingerprints and did not appear clean at all, and the room had several maintenance issues. The toilet was leaking, the shower head was leaking, and the exhaust fan was extremely loud.
Breakfast was okay overall, but I strongly recommend avoiding the pancake machine — the pancakes were coming out raw inside.
Definitely not the level of cleanliness and maintenance we expected.”

”The property is very conveniently located, close to the Interstate, and with lots of options to eat nearby. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they have a nice lobby with complimentary tea and coffee service, where you can hang out in the evening. This is where they also serve a good breakfast.
Even though the beds and pillows are comfortable, the rooms are very basic and the floors are carpeted, never ideal for hygiene. Worst of all is the bathroom: it is very basic and has a barn...
