”We stayed at this place during memorial day weekend for four nights, paid avg 259/night about 1200 total.
First the good, the property is located at a higly walkable area with restaurants, parks, shops etc. One of the few places that had free parking and breakfast included.
The bad, the rooms have eclectic decoration style, however the layout is very inconvenient for a multi night stay. The bathtub is inside the bedroom with a shower curtain separating the sleeping area and the shower.

”Filthy rooms. The soles of my feet were black from the filthy floors. No amenities. Breakfast was a joke... Crushed tiny muffins. Maintenance was non-existent, no hot water in either bathroom sink, one with a broken HW handle (plastic innards!!) and the other never got hot. We reviewed 3 rooms and all 3 had broken bathtubs. NEVER AGAIN!!!”

”1. The staff was ... meh. My key-card for some reason didn't open my door late at night and I went to the front desk. I guess he had a long day, but he was not helpful and acted as if it was my fault that the card didn't work. Said "you have to be patient, mam; just doing my job, mam" etc, while I said nothing.
2. Lots of construction on the site
3. Restaurant closed early and with no food options in the neighborhood, there is really no place to hang out or get food. In fact all amenities...

”The hotel restaurant, Bistro 39, was fantastic. The service was friendly, the food was fresh and the atmosphere was comfortable.
Our room was big and the bed was very comfortable, even though it was a little squeaky. We didn't have a table on the left side of the bed, and when asked about it, the staff graciously accommodated us with one. It was nice and quiet.
We also appreciated the nice shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion that was provided. They all smelled lovely!
