Recently remodeled with large groups in mind, our bright 5BR/3BA retreat is steps from Lake Delavan and our favorite spot, the Inn Between. Gather in the vaulted living room, around the kitchen island, or on the screened-in porch. With five bedrooms, including a lower-level bunk suite and a private backyard with a fire pit, there is room for the whole group to spread out. The space is just as inviting as the lake nearby!

The Space

The main level features an open layout with vaulted wood ceilings and large windows that pull in natural light. The living room is the heart of the home, inviting everyone to hang out around the couch and be together. This space opens directly into the kitchen, separated by a large island for casual seating. A second butcher-block island in the kitchen provides extra space for setting out food and drinks. When you're ready for fresh air, step straight onto the screened-in porch just off the living area. You’ll find parking in the large driveway and garage, along with a grill for outdoor cooking.

The Porch & Backyard

The screened-in porch is our favorite feature of the home. Outfitted with a large sectional and bluetooth speakers, it’s a bug-free haven for your morning coffee or a late-night glass of wine. Just beyond the porch, the private backyard features an expansive lawn for games and a dedicated firepit for evening s'mores and stargazing.

Lower Level

One of the highlights of the layout is the bunk room and suite found on the lower level. Perfect for families or friends looking for a slumber party. Tucked away from the main living area, this level is a quiet spot where guests can recharge or catch up on work.

- Lower Level: 1 Queen bedroom and a large 'Family Suite' (2 Queens, 2 Twin bunks) with its own lounge area and TV
