” we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door.
In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...

”Free (good) coffee 24/7 was a huge perk for me. I also often choose Hilton brand hotels because they typically have the waffle maker at their free breakfast. It’s a small thing but it was nice to have a tasty breakfast to look forward to after night shifts. Staff was super nice and helpful. I will be back when working in the area again.”
