” we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door. In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...

”Carla the housekeeper kept a clean room, the front staff was friendly and helpful, the valet leaves something to be desired. They retrieved my car and parked it across the street and said you can cross the street to go get it...we had a cart full of bags so I said you are valet please bring it to this side of the street. Then when he gave me the car, he failed to give me my key fob. Luckily I realized it as we pulled away and we got our key fob. They need to train their valet employees.”

”The hotel shares the parking garage with the arena next door. There a no exterior sign indicating the entrance for parking at the hotel. There was a valet parking area on the street in front of the hotel but there was no attendant. It took several circles around the block to find the parking entrance. We arrived promptly at 4PM (earliest check-in time) but found ourselves tenth in line because there was only one person working the check-in counter. There were also 6 people waiting to retrieve...

Walking into the building it smelled a little like smoke even though it was non smoking. No issues with smell in the room itself.”

”I will sleep on a sheet in the woods on top of animal droppings before I ever in my life sleep at a place like this. I have traveled the country several times over and not once left a bad review. There is literally blood stains spattered on the wall in this hotel room. The bed was soiled and had yellow stains on the sheets. The bathroom looked like it was used in a horror movie scene. I have lots of pictures. I want my money back because I slept in my truck. I even got another room that...

The highlight of our time was interacting with Jenna at the desk, she was extremely kind and very professional. Based on our experience with her we will consider returning on another occasion. We mainly wanted to have one night away, as we live close and our wedding anniversary is this weekend.”
