”Everything was great. Luz (the owner) was great. She cooked and brought us breakfast the first day because we arrived too late to get groceries. My daughter absolutely loved the heated pool. I think that she was in it for 6 or 7 hours the day before we left. We will definitely be back.”

”It is a very cute hotel in the center of of Cuenca's historic district close to very good restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and clean. That being said, it is a busy loud area and my room had a street side balcony. So if you have sleep issues this isn't a good choice for you. The amenities were few but I did appreciate being able to refill my water. Also, I found the cats adorable but if you are allergic you need to be aware of them.”

”Friendly staff. I had been traveling for three days with no sleep and they gave me an early check in, which was greatly appreciated. Cleaned the room daily and made my stay a pleasant one. This was the second time I have stayed at this Hotel during my Cuenca visits.”
