”Brendan was very friend. We had a very relaxing stay. We felt like we had the place to ourselves, it was so quiet. Bed was very comfortable so slept very well. Bath was nicely remodeled. It was the perfect location for us to attend a local wedding.”

”Excellent stay! Our stay was perfect for our Cooperstown experience. Our son played at Dreams Park which was just a few minutes away. We were lucky to have only 1 rain delay, but super convenient to go back & forth between games, Hall of Fame or other area attractions. The kitchen is fully stocked with every tool you might need to prepare meals. The kids loved the bunk beds, such a great use of space to maximize sleeping options.
