”STAY AWAY!! When we checked into this hotel at 12:20 AM and entered our room, there was coffee cup trash on the floor at the side of the bed. We went downstairs to get a room change and when checking into that room, the shower in the bathroom was dirty and has not been cleaned. ”The stay here was horrible. Watching TV here is very limited as they do not have smart TVs. The second day here, the elevators did not work and was forced to take the stairs in which there were no lights and had to use my phone light to guide my way down stairs. There was also no running in the entire hotel water during my stay, and towards the end of the day (a 90 degree weather day) the air conditioning in the hotel. No sorry for staff, no accommodations. ”Not a 5 star experience. I got the incorrect room and they were sticklers into not changing it at first till everything was triple checked. They actually made me wait an hour for the incorrect room.
