Other things to note

Pool heater: We feature a premium Gas Pool Heater (most Florida homes only have slow electric pumps!). This allows you to have a warm pool on-demand within hours. Because of the high cost of gas, this optional luxury is available for $40/day

Security: For your safety and the security of the property, the home is monitored with exterior security cameras. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private guest areas.

Beach Essentials: We provide beach chairs, and towels, for your convenience.

Local Registration: This property is a licensed and registered vacation rental with the city and state.
