”We absolutely loved the house, the pool, the short walk to beach, souvenir shop, Pirates Cove Putt Putt and Mimi’s Ice Cream Truck (walked to both of these twice) and Starbucks Coffee. Our family is 6 adults and 4 kids, we can get a little loud, so having a home to ourselves (not a condo) was awesome! The private pool was also amazing and a great addition to our vacation with the kiddos. Sarah was very proactive and super responsive to messages. The family all agreed that we will be back!”

”Our family stayed at this charming and well-renovated condo for our son's Baseball tournament. From the moment walking in, the grand views are more than breathtaking. The home is well-appointed, including everything one could need. It was more of a surprise that there were beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards to enjoy. I was in the area to visit family, so I was away from the house most of the day, but I did enjoy having my coffee on the front porch each morning and a drink on the back patio when I returned each evening. ”All new high end appliances. Beds are spacious and comfortable. TV in three bedrooms and the living room all work well once you know the tech. The pool is cozy and the heat lights and spa are excellent. The additional sleeping area is a closet with blow up mattresses. To get to it, you have to enter the door of the master bedroom so that made it awkward. The owner was responsive and helpful on all matters. The only issue not resolved was the ice maker. Owner sent a very pleasant maintenance man...

”There were only 4 of us...but this house could fit about 10 people comfortably....lots of space. The pool was great to take a dip, the location was convenient and safe, and the house was clean and nicely decorated. Downtown Deland is a 5 minute drive and has nice shops and restaurants. Would stay again if I am ever in the area.”

”Had the family all together for my sons college graduation. The five of us really loved the home, pool, yard and deck. Wish we had more time to stay!! Super comfortable home with great decorations and entertainment touches - juke box speaker, outdoor fridge, plenty of seats and couches. I’m a coffee drinker and enjoyed the espresso machine - great coffee. Highly recommend this lovely home for an Orlando Vacation.”
