”The room we were given had a smoke smell but we we soon given another room that was fine. Everything worked well. Breakfast ok -- except for the all-too-common plastic cutlery and plates -- not ecological. ”

”Everything was amazing the food was great but the cost for the meal plans is just to high next time instead of eating there we are just going to go to one of the many restaurants down the street and go to the I hop down the street for breakfast it is cheaper my family paid a total of almost 160 dollars for breakfast alone just for two days . Not doing that again but we had an amazing time”

”We had a few issues in the beginning of our stay, but they did get resolved on our last night. Some issues were cable not working, internet not connecting to devices, there was a telephone, but no hooks up so the phone didnt even work. The room was cleaned in a rush, there was a pretzel under the mattress.. & there was not spare toilet paper roll.”

”This is a very nice old historic inn. It has a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner, and a bar inside, as well as a shady garden with places to sit outside as you enjoy a drink or food. Nice big porch out front with chairs on it too. Our room had another sitting room in it that was nice to have. Not sure if they all do. It includes a free, great breakfast at a sister property a few doors down where the food is made fresh for your order. The property is well kept, clean, and the staff...

”The property was a great option for visiting Water Country USA. Busch Gardens was also reasonably close, though my daughters were not interested in going. The staff were friendly and the breakfast options were decent, though the breakfast room was often filled and it was nearly impossible to maintain stock of breakfast items during breakfast hours. Though this is likely to be expected in a large hotel that is in close proximity to theme parks in the summer months. Also, while there, our toilet...

”When we arrived the staff was having trouble making key cards. The room was large but not very clean; fingerprints and remnants of the former guests, including moldy food in the refrigerator and crumbs on the counter tops and furniture. The bed spread smelled a bit funky (guessing it does not get changed between guests). The room only had hand towels, not bath towels. The front desk offered to send up towels but never did. We finally just went down to get them and were told there was 'no one...
