Duplex in Denia by the sea with air-conditioning

This beautiful duplex with a communal swimming pool is located just 150 metres from Las Marinas beach. The urbanisation where it is located has a lawn area with plants and trees. The pool area is very pleasant and has a small pool for children.



To access the house, you have to climb some stairs, which would be equivalent to a "mezzanine" floor. The duplex has cold/hot air conditioning throughout the house, as well as wifi. Upon entering, we find the living room/dining room with an open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



The cosy living room/dining room has a TV and access to the terrace, which has a table and chairs for use and enjoyment. Next to the kitchen is a courtesy toilet.



Upstairs is the bathroom with a bathtub and the two bedrooms. One of them with two 90cm beds and the other with a 1.50m bed.



Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
