”Das Haus war sehr sauber. Der Pool und der Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Housekeeperin Martina war super freundlich und die Übergabe verlief problemlos. Das Haus liegt etwas entfernt zum Strand, was jedoch mit einem Auto kein Problem darstellt. Dafür hat man den Berg Montgo direkt hinter dem Haus. Wir sind dort hinauf gewandert und haben von oben die Aussicht genossen. Das Panorama war echt beeindruckend, sowohl vom Berg aus, als auch von Haus aus! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen...

”Wir hatten im November 2023 einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Haus in Denia. Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden, wie beschrieben. Der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer auf den Hafen von Denia ist traumhaft. Siegfried hat sich sehr gut um alles gekümmert und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben, z. B. die Tapasbar in der Nähe. Er war auch immer ansprechbar und hat uns immer weitergeholfen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.”

”Amazing location, very close to the beach and within reach of the centre of Denia (40 minute walk / 5 min car journey) with lots of amenities close by. The apartment is in a lovely complex with a great pool and lots of trees / green area where my children enjoyed playing. The outside space is perfect because it opens straight out onto this but is set further back from the main road than the other apartments. We will definitely return when in Denia!”

”We enjoyed our holiday. The house was ideally situated near town but in a quiet residential area up a hill with sea view. All comfort was there, just like at home. The house is spacious, clean and the pool is large. High-speed internet available. No airco but several ventilators. Dénia is a wonderful little city with a nice promenade, numerous shops and restaurants, and lots of beach. We may return in the future.”

”Heel fijn Vila met een groot zwembad. Kamers waren super ruim en fijn, elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer op twee slaapkamers na. Fernando de huis baas is een super aardige man, staat 24/7 voor je klaar! Locatie is super dicht bij het strand, en supermarkten op 2 min rijden. Wij komen zeker een keertje terug!!”

”Villa à la hauteur de nos attentes. À proximité du Consum et du Lidl 10 min en voiture, 15 min du centre de Dénia. Vraiment nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.”

”This swimming pool was in a great central position, with plenty on sun beds. So adults could relax while children played in the pool. For eating in there was plenty of crockery and a fantastic selection of glasses. The beach was easily accessible. Denia is a lovely town. We had a great family holiday in Villa Ralf with 4 generations.”

”Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans cette villa splendide a tout point de vue pour 2 ou 4 personnes.Son point fort est une piscine qui est au bout de la terrasse dans un jardin tropical magnifiquement entretenu et qui donne sur le 'montgo'.Le calme de la villa et la proximité du centre historique de Denia , de ses boutiques, des plages et du port ne font qu enjoliver ces vacances (trop top les fêtes autour du 15 aout à Dénia).”
