”We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great.
They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay.
We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily.
The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus.
Would certainly return to this...

”The owners and the staff were outstanding. Extremely friendly and welcoming. They served us breakfast early because we had day trips planned and were extremely accommodating in every aspect. ”The location was absolutely perfect as we were able to come and go to the beach during the day and for sunset. We had a small issue with a leak and it was addressed immediately by the owners. We fit our large immediate family and children in the house with ample bedrooms/beds. Thank you. ”

”Beautiful Cape House- This was the perfect house for our Christmas on The Cape Vacation which included 6 of us (can sleep 8 comfortably). The house was spacious and very clean with all updated amenities plus a refinished basement space that was a surprise. It was a 5 minute drive to Mayflower Beach which is our favorite.
