Contemporary, puhdas ja viihtyisä! Ei tarvitse murehtia pysäköinti, ajo tai pitkiä kävelyretkiä rannalle enää. Tämä sijainniltaan ranta ominaisuuden avulla voit olla rannalla niille ihania pitkiä kävelyretkiä rannalla! Suuri rantanäkymät tästä viihtyisä ja hyvin nimetty Cape Cod pako. Beach vesi täällä Nantucket Sound on yksi mukavin koko Cape. Lukemattomia ruokailu- ja vapaa-ajan vaihtoehtoja sekä tunne Cape Cod rauhallinen tuulet ja kiillotuksesta aaltoja tekee tästä loistava valinta monille vuodenaikoina. The Perfect Getaway Location

Come for the location and beach views, stay for the cozy apartment with amazing water pressure. Perfect for 2 people, this apartment was walking distance to the beach with the ability to hear the ocean waves through the side door. We truly enjoyed our stay, the hosts were quick to respond to questions and plan to come back again in the near future!

Tiny but cute

The studio was exactly as portrayed by the pics. It was clean and well appointed (but you have to bring your own towels and sheets). Two beach chairs are provided. Parking is not ideal as you have to walk on the street to get to your car (fairly short walk) but should be fine unless you have difficulty walking. There was a problem with the hot water when I got there but Erin and Tom were very apologetic and stayed in touch with me until it was corrected. They were wonderful hosts. I would rent again.

Great location and cute little cottage

The cottage is really small but well put together. Located across the street from the beach. We toured a lot of areas and it's location was great for this. If you are traveling in, note linens are not provided. Not ideal if traveling from the West Coast. You can pay extra if you need those items. The owners were great to work with and were very responsive. I would stay there again.

Anniversary getaway

Cute little studio right across from the beach. Loved that we had such easy access to the beach and hearing the waves crashing every time we stepped out the door was the cherry on top. The studio was perfect for the two of us. Communication was great and i would stay there again. The only thing to be aware of is parking. Slightly inconvenient to park on the other side of the building and have to walk on the road. Overall though i definitely would recommend.

Fantastic Couples Getaway

My girlfriend and I stayed on the property from Aug. 5th thru Aug 12th 2023. The location is perfect. I could walk to the beach for early AM fishing and then sit on the deck and have breakfast as we people watched. The apartment is perfect for two, and we had a wonderful time. Convenient to the beach

This clean, nicely decorated studio spot is conveniently located across the street from a small beach. Listing images of inside, accurately represent the rental cuteness. The property is attached to another rental unit, so some noises are inevitable Being situated among other rental and private owned units, makes for tight outdoor conditions, and parking for this unit is on the opposite side which makes tricky for unloading and loading. This property is ideal for vacationers that are looking for home base to sleep at night after going off exploring Cape Cod during the day.

Quiet and relaxing stay .

Suitable for one or two. Cozy and clean with many nearby things to do . Fully equipped kitchen which worked out well for breakfast. Full microwave for reheating and a 4 burner stove top. Thank- you to Tom and Erin for an enjoyable week.

Lots of potential

Just left my stay at the property. Overall the main benefit is that you are right at the beach, which is great! The unit itself however could use a bit of updating and deep cleaning. I agree with the previous reviews on the state of the mattress. We used the glassware and there was some sort of film that made our drinks taste weird, could do with a dishwasher it seems. The stay was fine until the last day when the door wouldn’t lock no matter what we tried. Upon contacting the owner, we learned this had been a recurring issue. Wish we had known that before we booked or arrived. We didn’t feel comfortable staying overnight without a lock so we left early. Disappointing end to the trip.
