We are situated just off of Old Wharf Road in Dennis Port and less than a 5 minute stroll (just 2/10 mile) to the beautiful Raycroft Beach, and a 7 minute walk (3/10 mile) to the popular Sea St. Beach. We are first time Cape Owners, and will be making updates through the off season to make the 2022 rental season an amazing one!
Our home was built in 1970 and sits just on a very quiet road, just a stones throw to the ocean! You will be a short walk from some amazing dining options (The Ocean House & The Pelham House, and a short ride to the Cleat & Anchor, Swan River Seafoods, and Bandera's Market to name a few).
The first floor features an open floor plan living and dining room. There is a 4k cable TV over the fireplace that adds warmth and character to the beach-chic inspired decor, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, first floor bedroom featuring bunk beds (full & twin), and full bathroom with shower. The second floor features two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom features a full sized bed, and twin sized bed. WIFI throughout. The basement includes a washer and dryer.
Outside you will enjoy the enclosed (hot/cold) outdoor shower and time relaxing on the oversized front deck after grilling up your favorite burgers or seafood.
Cape Cod and Dennis Port have so much to offer. Make sure to take a ride on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, or to Harwich Port Main Street for shopping and dining. Go for a round of golf or two in at Bayberry Hills Golf Course, or take on the beautiful Bass River Golf Course. And don't forget to take a ride down to Swan River and rent kayaks for a leisurely ride down Swan River!
No smoking, no pets. Driveway fits 3 vehicles. Beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach buggy available.
