A large patio at the front of the property has a fire pit and relaxing chairs for a night of smores and a glass of wine. The home has everything needed including an outdoor shower, beach chairs, towels and is fully equipped with anything you can think of for a relaxing week on cape cod. For many years the home was a rental property but we have spent quite a bit of money and it is now our second home and we only rent two or three weeks a year.
