Our newly renovated, cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage offers a coastal retreat for families or friends in the perfect mid-cape location.

• Private deck with outdoor dining set, and yard with Adirondack lounge chairs and hammock, charcoal grill

Enjoy nearby favorites like The DogHouse, Chapin’s Beach Bar, Southside Cantina, Woolfies Coffee and Breakfast Bakery, and Sundae School Ice Cream. More Cape favorites like Mayflower Beach, Nickerson State Park, Provincetown, Cape Cod Mall or a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket are a short drive from the property.

My friend and I spent 3 nights here while we explored this area of Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard. Clean and had what we needed!

Just right

Cozy and conveniently located near many beaches and amenities. Place was clean, and the hot showers both inside and outside were lovely! The beds and blankets were so comfy, and the stack of extra beach towels were much appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay at this 2BR cottage. It was immaculately clean and updated. Beds and towels were comparable to a 5 star hotel. Very homey and cozy. Our only suggestion would be to have small trash cans/bin in the 2 bedrooms. Overall, a great experience. We would stay here again.

Comfortable stay in Dennis Port

Our family had a wonderful stay on Easy Street. We enjoyed the home and surrounding neighborhood which is a nice walk to the beach. The property managers were responsive to our needs. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect location.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, the house was spotless, and everything was exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The only small issue we had was with the front door—it stuck a bit and took some effort to open. But aside from that, everything was truly lovely.Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

The property is great! It’s very easy to check in. It’s close to some shop and restaurants. It’s nice to have an outdoor shower. Big enough for a small family.

Cozy and well equipped

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday this year. Home was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. We both worked remotely for part of our stay and the wifi worked well. Loved the fireplace! It was only about a 15 minute walk to Haigis beach, which we visited every morning. Plenty of places to eat and things to do all close by.

Perfect Cape Cod Spot

My family and I were extremely happy with this stay. It was our first time visiting Cape Cod and this location was ideal. Close to the beach, but not in a super touristy area. The property was exceptional, and we had no issues. Well stocked with supplies and would absolutely rent this location again in the future.

Nice cottage

Nice cottage for a getaway. Very clean, property was better than described. The owners added extra seating in the living room and at the kitchen table which I appreciated. Nice outdoor area (unfortunately it rained so we couldn't enjoy that as much as we wanted). Good communication with owners, they responded promptly to any questions we had. Would love to stay here again!

An Amazing Stay!

This property blew me away from the moment my family and walked in! Not only was the property well kept and super clean, but so much detail was added, including toiletries and cleaning products specifically left for our family that were packaged so nicely. They literally had everything for us to use from beach towels to all of the kitchen appliances. It truly felt like our home away from home, and was so conveniently located mid Cape so we were able to go all over and see some of our favorite things with ease! Will stay here over and over again!

Very cute cottage. Check in instructions were late and not complete. Door was painted shut so when we finally got instructions it took several tries and phone calls to get in to the house. Went to fluff the pillows the following day and found a huge yellow stain on the pillowcase and small stains on the sheets. Kind of gross Trash had never been collected from previous renters No k structions when trash day was Location was convenient To Cape Cod attractions and other wise we Had a nice stay Location good

Great house

The house was great! Spacious back porch, lovely bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom, all newly updated! It was the cleaning crew who didn't have it cleaned when we arrived even though I'd booked it months ago. We called the management Co. to let them know and asked for another property (which they didn't have available). Had to leave for 2 hours until that got sorted and they compensated $100. The house was great! wish they supplied you with some ground coffee for the wonderful coffee machine. I don't remember reading in the description to bring your own.
