Your hotel and staff were amazing! And problems were sorted out very quickly and we felt so cared for! However, breakfast needs to be looked at. We didn't believe it was of the standard of a 5 star hotel. Areas of concern were: temperature of food, especially the eggs. The heat lamps are not working effectively. Omelettes and fried eggs are the coldest. Access to the fruit is not hygienic enough.The fruit should be kept on ice with more of a barrier in place to prevent people coughing or sneezing of the food. And there should be a label on the glasses tray saying CLEAN GLASSES and DIRTY GLASSES.
Other areas that can be improved is the lighting on the stairs in the lobby. It is quite dangerous at night time as the stairs are difficult to see. The drainage areas near the kids grassed area also need stones in them.
It would have also been lovely if our family could have enjoyed cocktails by the pool but because you only had Arak based cocktails, this was difficult. A lot of Australians do not trust Arak.
