We are a young creative couple that live upstairs, very familiar with the neighborhood as Julio is a local artist/muralist in Denver/Westwood area and loves to see it flourish. We live with our Golden retriever dog.

Enter your space through a side entrance, to your own private space, to a fully equipped kitchen with a full sized fridge, electric stove, full sized oven and microwave. With a quartz countertop and designated island/bar space to eat. Pots & pans, full dish set, basic toiletries, and cleaning supplies are provided. -Living room is complete with a 55inch 4K TV, with streaming services. High Speed Internet for WFH needs.
-You'll also find a cozy 1 bedroom, equipped with a queen bed, large walk-in shower, with an egress window in the bathroom.
-Shared nice sized private backyard, with patio for relaxation and outdoor activities
-Rent includes Wi-Fi, electricity, water, trash etc.

Guest access:
The private entrance is located at the side of the house with steps leading down (below the porch). The entire basement apartment is your own space and not shared with anyone else. My girlfriend and I (along with our dog) do live upstairs so you may hear us walking around throughout the day. However we always have quiet hours from 11pm - 6am.

Washer and Dryer are available right in the basement level, through an internal door that connects to the laundry room and this will be shared between us by splitting weekdays.
