They are supposed to send virtual check-in, but failed on this so I had to call and figure out their issue. They were supposed to send details of unit #, with elevator code and room code. They also failed to do this, so I had to call again. The person who works at the front desk is not able to help with anything except providing phone number for Mint house, useless. If you’re ok dealing with all of this, then the stay was great. I’d find another place with better customer service, not worth the hassles.
