The Space

Sleeping Area: King bed with a comfortable setup for up to 2 guests.
Living Area: Smart TV, seating, and natural light for relaxing after work or a day out.
Wet Bar: Wet bar with glassware and a mini fridge for drinks, snacks, and simple stay essentials.
Bathroom: Full bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and a hair dryer.
Laundry: Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the first floor of the building.

Guest Access

Self check-in is available through secure keyless entry with a unique smart lock code provided before arrival.

Free, unassigned parking is available in any unmarked spot.

Guests may use the seasonal pool, open Memorial Day through Labor Day from 8 AM to 10 PM, and the courtyard charcoal BBQ grills. Please bring your own charcoal.

Accessibility Note

This is a third-floor unit with stair access only. There is no elevator in the building.

House Rules

Maximum 2 guests. No parties, no smoking inside the unit or on the balcony, and no pets. USPS mail is not available for guests.
