  • Söpö 1920 tiili bungalow modernit laitteet ja toiminnot. On kolme erillistä makuuhuonetta joissa queen muisti patja (erittäin mukava!) ja kaksi queen ilmapatjat.

    Suuri kahviloita, baareja ja ravintoloita nurkan takana ja viiden minuutin ajomatkan tai 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta.

    Sunnyside on viehättävä naapuruston lepää lähellä kaupungin sydämessä. On runsaasti katu pysäköinti, suuri puisto yhden korttelin päässä ja erittäin hiljainen yöllä.

Great Price for a Beautiful House

I stayed at Rachel’s house with my family (sister, 3-y-o nephew, dad, and boyfriend) to visit additional family for Thanksgiving. We all loved the house! The bathrooms and kitchen have modern appliances and the house overall is well decorated. There was plenty of space for us. The price was very reasonable when split among the adults. We also appreciated having access to the washer & dryer. I would recommend this property to others! If you have children, keep them upstairs since the basement and stairs going down are slate with some sharp edges.

Lovely home away from home!

Our stay was perfect. Close to my son’s home and within walking distance to a park. Centrally located; close enough to Cherry Creek and major thoroughfares. Will stay again, if available.

Beautiful space and perfect stay

The house was perfect for a friends trip! The house is so cute and modern and exactly as advertised. Personally, I wouldn't put ten people in it unless a few are kids because the couch doesn't seem like a good adult-sleeper. But Rachel had everything we needed, including coffee and a washer and dryer which is nice while traveling. The neighborhood was nice; we walked to the cafe in the mornings and Ubered to 16th St and the stadium at night. We had a great stay and I highly recommend this property.

This was a nice home away from home, with a relaxing back garden perfect for unwinding at days end

We were able to afford a long business stay and also feel more at home while visiting Denver. A quiet back yard with a simple and comfortable table and chairs lent an air of retreat. Glad we made these arrangements over booking a hotel for the week.

Modern, Cozy and as Described!

This was a comfortable, quiet and cozy home with everything we needed. Rachel was wonderful to work with and easy to get in touch with. She was very accommodating to our earlier than anticipated arrival and even checked-in via text with us the next day to make sure everything was okay. We had a great stay and it was only a $15 Uber ride for 6 of us to get downtown to Coors Field. The only warning I have is for the steep, narrow stairs that go to the basement; but with help, my 70 year-old father made it up & down them just fine, to use that bathroom when the upstairs one was occupied. We will definitely stay again if it is available for future stays!

Adorable, clean, and fun!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. It is a pretty spacious house and has lots of room to accomdate. The beds are really comfortable which made a big difference for us. It was very clean and had lots of cookware provided. Everything was decorated cute, down to the litttle plants and room decor. It is close to downtown which was convenient and the lyft rides were fairly cheap. The neighborhood is pretty and friendly. I would highly recommend and would want to stay here again next time we visit Denver.

AMAZING!

My 8 friends and I had the best time at this rental! I arrived late Thursday night and was so surprised how quiet the neighborhood was being so close to the city. I've never slept so well in a home that was not mine! I was a little worried that we would not be comfortable with 8 girls in this rental but it was absolutely perfect for us. We had plenty of bedding, towels & kitchen space. We spent A LOT of time on the cute front porch. The owner had a blue tooth speaker that we used ALL the time, as well as coffee available for us. The hot water never ran out. 2 bathrooms in the house really helped us out A LOT! Weirdest part of my stay was that my decorations for my event matched perfectly the decor in the house!! :) Everything was decorated perfectly with cute succulents and awesome pillows. The location was easily accessible and easy to Uber from. We took a 3 minute walk to the coffee shop nearby (amazing) and also walked to a restaurant for lunch that was just under a mile. On our last day we all had varying flight times and we were able to request a late check out so we didn't have to wheel our luggage around Denver until we left. The home was awesome, owner was awesome, Denver was awesome. I will probably try to book the same property during my next visit. Thank you for an awesome and care free stay!!!!!!!

Adorable, clean and comfortable home in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay in Rachel's home and the location was perfect for us. It's within walking distance of a nice little coffee shop, and a short drive from Downtown Denver. The beds were very comfortable and all the amenities listed were present. The house itself was very well decorated and comfortable but there were a few minor issues that should probably be addressed. I was really looking forward to enjoying the spacious backyard but the outdoor seating lacked comfort, there were large cardboard boxes laying around and the back fence had completely fallen over, leaving some security/aesthetic concerns for us. However, I'm guessing this was due to our arriving so soon after the winter months. Perhaps the owner didn't have a chance to repair damage done by the snow. Communication was also a bit lacking. The arrival instructions simply stated "4pm" so I assumed that we would be meeting someone at the house at 4pm. We were hoping to make a quick stop before heading to the house but it would have put our arrival at about 4:30pm so I called Rachel to see if we could meet later. She did not answer but called back about 20 minutes later to tell me that there was a keypad entry system on the door and no one would be there to meet us. Unfortunately this was after we had already changed our plans to make sure we could be there at 4pm. I'm not sure how we would have been informed about entry if I had not called her. Again, we really enjoyed our stay so these issues were not a deal-breaker for us. I would still recommend the home, and would consider staying here again in the future.

Wonderful Stay in Sunnyside!

We had an wonderful stay at Sunnyside. The home was clean and in a convenient neighborhood, about a $6.00 uber ride to Downtown Denver. We were able to walk to the local coffee shop every morning while also taking long walks in the neighborhood. Would stay again!

Quaint centralized blungalow.

Very quaint centralized bungalow easy to get to downtown and other areas. It's obvious that Rachel is fixing the place up and restoring the historic charm. But the creaky wood floors, brick and age add to the charm. The walk ability is ok I'm 62 and we did walk to the Bacon restaurant on 48th st. But you drive one block down to Tejon st take a left and your at Little man Ice cream, in five minutes and down town in fifteen minutes. Avoid the Freeways use the side streets.

Very cute and centrally located!

Great place with ample space and nice decor. Little issue with little TP and sopping wet floor mats - easily resolved. Overall great experience - would definitely stay again & recommend.

Nice little house, close to downtown Denver

Seems to be in an up and coming area which means there's a LOT of construction in the area so be prepared for road closures and construction crews working early and late. That being said, most everything was within a 10-20 min drive. The house itself is very nice inside and very clean. The general living room/dining room/kitchen area is a little tight if more than 4 people but we made it work for the 5 of us. The 2 bedrooms right off the living area are a nice size but both beds up against the wall so when there's 2 adults, 1 has to climb across the other to get out. Also the bedroom closest to the bathroom has the loudest (squeaky) mattress I've ever slept on. Every movement wakes you up. The hardwood floors are beautiful but are so loud so our friends sleeping in the basement bedroom were up every time we were up. The other bedroom is in the basement and is very nice but the steps to get down are pretty scary (very narrow and steep with turns). Also strong smell of cat so the 1 person with us had to switch bedrooms due to allergies. The upstairs bathroom was beautiful and well stocked. The downstairs bathroom was nice as well. The back yard of the house was under construction so we weren't able to sit out there but it looks like it's going to be really nice soon with stone slabs. Rachel was very easy to deal with a great at communication.

Minor opportunities of improvement -Updating the WIFI details in the resources provided as well as in the Check In details on the website -Providing information under the Check In details on how to enter the home -Televisions in the rooms - MORE MIRRORS!! (My party is a little vain and extra mirrors would have prevented a few peaceful arguments over who could use the mirrors first haha) Please be aware that these are very minor opportunities, but I do feel they are important to notate. If it had not been for the neighbor across the street, we wouldn't have been able to enter the home, as I could not get in contact with Rachel, nor received a call back that night. On the other hand, this further proves how great the neighborhood is, for the simple fact that the woman across the street knew exactly how to locate house key, but wasn't dangerous enough to do anything suspicious to the home. I think this is a huge plus. Highlights Inside the home: -The rooms were a nice size and spacious. My party included 3 couples and the privacy was very much necessary. From the outside, the house does appear small, but please do not be fooled. There was more than enough space for 7 people to stretch out and not feel on top of one another -The room I stayed in was ayyyyy-dorable. There were actual plants and it added to the aesthetics of the room. Unfortunately, there was not one mirror available. -The bathrooms were nice and clean. There was even a little bowl of "Things you may need" (bobby pins, safety pins, rubber bands) and was truly the highlight of the bathroom. Along with this bowl, there were more than enough towels to last a lifetime. Have you ever stayed in an AirBNB or VRBO and there weren't enough towels? Welp- I definitely have and was extremely grateful this was not the case. -The kitchen was clean and well equipped. We were able to stay in and cook. -The greatest highlight of the entire home is the backyard. As a garden owner myself, I could see that this backyard used to be cared for and LOVED. Given the right amount of TLC, the backyard could REAAALLY be something. -Check Out was amazing! Traveling from DEN to FLL there is really only one flight available and that is at 11 pm at night. Rachel allowed us to stay later than the 11 am check out time and it was truly appreciated. She went above and beyond! Thanks Rachel for your hospitality and please know that I will stay at your home every time I am in Denver. TY again!

Great spot in a quiet neighborhood!

This house was perfect for our weekend trip to Riot Fest. It was located close to the venue and in a quiet neighborhood. Rachel was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
