This spacious, updated home sleeps up to 10 guests and features four bedrooms, multiple living areas, a fully fenced backyard, and thoughtful amenities throughout.

The main level offers two living spaces for watching TV, spending time together, or relaxing while meals are prepared in the fully stocked kitchen. Featuring new appliances and induction cooking, the kitchen is equipped with the essentials needed for everyday meal preparation and dining.

Step outside to enjoy the backyard, which includes a grill for guest use, covered patio seating, a large refinished deck, and garden landscaping. The fully fenced yard provides added convenience for families traveling with children and pets and offers direct access to walking trails.

Downstairs, you’ll find an additional living room with a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. This level also includes a bathroom with a fully jetted Jacuzzi tub and a high-efficiency washer and dryer.

Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Three additional bedrooms each include a queen bed, providing comfortable accommodations for the whole group. Every bedroom has its own smart TV so guests can relax and enjoy their favorite shows at the end of the day.

No parties or events

Please respect neighbors and quiet hours (10pm - 7am)

No smoking or vaping inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 deep cleaning and odor remediation fee.

Please observe the maximum guest capacity and accurately declare the number of guests in your reservation. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

Please clean the outdoor grill after use and close the propane tank when finished. A $75 cleaning fee will apply if the grill is not cleaned.

Please treat the home with care. Excessive mess, garbage, or utility usage may result in additional fees.

Pet Policy
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval from the host. Please contact us before booking, as there are restrictions on certain breeds due to insurance requirements, as well as limits on the size and number of dogs allowed.

A $150 pet fee applies per stay. Dogs must be house-trained and kept off furniture at all times. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the home.

Guests who bring an undisclosed pet or fail to follow the pet policy may be subject to additional cleaning fees and risk cancellation of their reservation without a refund.
