”The hotel was great. Dining available in the hotel and restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was nice, but do not pay for views because you'll be looking at the construction on the block. The only thing I did not like was the cooling device/refrigerator. It is more of a space for drinks and does not stay cold enough to truly keep food cold. Other than that, it was a great visit! ”

”Run-down hotel in a seedy neighbourhood. Paint peeling off the walls, part of a window missing - very very cold! Breakfast served at a nearby diner, not at the hotel. Staff was friendly, right on the busline to downtown. Not at all what can be expected for the price!”

”Staff were okay and rooms were okay but the surrounding area is a warzone, people screaming all night and there were several long term residents that ran around the hotel like it was their apartment complex. Overpriced for the dump that it is, stay elsewhere!”

”This is a great property. We stayed 6 nights. Wonderful Public Areas with different seating areas. Sleeping rooms are well appointed and quiet. Never heard any hall or outdoor noice. We grabbed a quick lunch in the Cafe and the food was excellent. Only recommendation would be to have carpeting cleaned in Public Areas. Overall great experience.,”

”The stay at Patterson Inn was all that I wanted. Lovely staff, tasty breakfast, adorable rooms, cookies in the afternoon, nice complimentary wine in the evening and to meet other quest. Will stay here if ever in Denver again! Thank you! ”

”The best was the highlight for me (haha). It was so comfortable. It really just rocked me to sleep. The room was big and loved the old school feel. I also loved the area, plenty of food and drink options. The bar in the hotel is apparently a hot spot and known for their drinks. ”After exploring around Colorado for 2 weeks, we needed a one final night stay in Denver before heading to the airport. I'm happy that we chose this hotel for it! It is brand new, so there are still some small working going on, but it is a great spot for convinient transport with train, you can easily access the Denver downtown and the airport, but at it's best - especially if you have not explored the RiNo area in Denver and have at least a bit adventureous mindset, do it now! ”Location it’s great, it’s very close to downtown all stuff. It was very nice. I’ll definitely stay again in this hotel.”

”The room was so cute and cozy. The layout reminded me of Japan which was very pleasant for us. The bathroom was my favorite with cozy dimmable lighting and the shower was so comfortable. I especially enjoyed the view from our window. The pillows were fluffy and the staff even brought me an extra one after bringing me feminine hygiene products. The bar and the view were incredible with the view of the capital building and the city. We also really enjoyed the food from the first floor restaurant....
