”Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. ”Had a wonderful time. And the host was easy to communicate with place was very clean. Parking was amazing. Also finding food was very easy. The sightseeing around the area was amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay at use the fire pit to make amazing s’mores for my little one and family, easy check-in and the host respond to your message. Super fast couldn’t ask for anything better.”

There was a snowstorm while we were there and someone came early to plow and shovel our pathway. We received a detailed guide for local activities and establishments. Would love to visit again! ”

The cluttered kitchen had a layer of grime on everything, all the dishes and pots and pans looked dirty, the garbage pail in the kitchen hadn't been emptied, the box holding the paper towels was dusty and full of crumbs, and the tea kettle was so grungy that I didn't even want to touch it. The water in the bathroom sinks smelled like sulphur. The downstairs toilet was so noisy and running all night that it kept me up most...

”Such a spectacular and unique home- we loved the thoughtful touches placed throughout the house. Beds comfy, kitchen had everything you could need plus more. Easy walking access to great hiking! The front porch is a perfect place to have morning coffee and watch the rabbits!”
