(Ripped couch cushion with the stuffing coming out - maybe from a previous guest's dog, as we had no animals; broken blinds with tooth marks, ditto the dog; the bedroom window screen was bent enough to let insects in.) The couch is not comfortable and needs replacing - it's a loveseat, so a two-seater, and both cushions sag inward so it's not comfortable for either one or two people to sit on. ”The house was cute, comfortable, and welcoming. The location was very convenient with a short walk leading to the shops at Depoe Bay and a view of the ocean. The suggestions in the check-in email were great. The arcade was fun and the neighborhood was quiet. Other reviews mention an uneven floor, which is true, but not really an issue. It seems to be typical of a lot of older buildings in the area; we noticed similar issues in one of the high-end shops. Quick drive to Lincoln City and Newport....
