”We stayed at Littleover Lodge for 2 nights in the mezzanine room with our toddler whilst visiting family in the area. The room was huge, albeit a bit basic, with a downstairs area that was great for our toddler to play in, and the hotel provided us with a travel cot for him. Everything was clean and tidy. The rooms are a bit dated and are maybe due a bit of TLC, but it doesn't affect the experience. We were in the room right next to the pub and couldn't hear anything, even on the bank holiday...

Derby

”The property location was convenient. Loved that it was at the center of everything. However some updates are needed. The lift was not working and staying on the third floor became very exhausting . Some issues with insects had to be relocated and did without any hassle. Breakfast was unavailable. Would have liked a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Just to heat leftovers. Had to toss a lot of food because of this. All in all the staff was friendly. And assisted whenever they could.”

”Arrived on Sunday evening. Had been held up at an engagement but had a table booked during my journey for 20.45. Arrived at the pub/reception at 20.53 (booking line stated I had a 15 minute grace period). Told rather rudely that the kitchen had closed ages ago. I pointed out that I'd booked a table for 20.45 to which the reply was 'well it's now 20.53'. I stated that the booking said there was a 15 minute grace period and I had been stuck in traffic during my 2 hours drive, so couldn't help...
