Martin Ridge Ohio River View

Vierastallamme on 4 makuuhuonetta. Master-huoneessa on Kalifornian king-vuode, toisilla on 2 queen-size-vuodetta. Pienemmille ihmisille on kaksi täysvuodetta, joissa on taistelu nähdäkseen kuka nukkuu haluamassaan varispesässä. Voimme nukkua helposti 20. Keittiö on varustettu tavallisilla kattiloilla, pannuilla, astioilla ja tarvikkeilla varustetuilla liinavaatteilla. Patio ulkopuolella on puu ja tulisija. Kansi vain ulos lasiovet keittiössä on grilli hiilellä autotallissa. Tämän kodin on rakentanut poikamme vuonna 2002. Se on yksi kolmesta kodista 200 hehtaarin tilallamme. Se sijaitsee Martin Ridgen lopussa tilan keskustassa. Lähin talo on vierastalon takana 1/8 mailin päässä. Ainoa asia umpikujan ulkopuolella olevan tien ulkopuolella on maatilan jäljellä oleva osa, lihakarjalauma, 6 mailin näkymä joelle, mailien ja mailien kukkuloita ja onteloita, tähtikirkas yötä, kuu- ja aurinko nousee ja laskee, ja paljon luontoa villit eteläiset Indiana -koirat. Tilamme nimi on Peaceful Hills, tule oleskele kanssamme ja tulet arvostamaan merkitystä ....

This property far exceeded our expectations. It is truly a hidden gem that allowed for an amazing family getaway. The cabin had a fantastic layout, was well stocked and wonderfully kept. The scenic property was beyond what pictures could capture. The pond and pool were fantastic for the kids and adults alike. Jerry and Joann made you you feel like old friends rather than simply house guests.Absolutely recommend and can't wait to return.

Beautiful view, several open spaces for family time, large bedrooms, clean bathrooms, great water pressure and up to date appliances. Firepit with sidewalk entrance to home. Extra refrigerator/freezer in the attached garage.

Beautiful property

Came for a weekend of relaxing. The fishing overall in Derby wasn’t great but it was great to breathe the fresh air and take in all the amazing views offered by this home. Our second time at the property was just as nice as the first.

Beautiful, fun and relaxing

This was our third time vacationing here. We just love it. Once again, we had a wonderful stay. It was so relaxing and beautiful. The house is clean and welcoming. The pool is fun and enjoyable for everyone. The kids (and adults) really enjoyed the cows as well as the stunning views. Joann and her husband are amazing hosts and we appreciate all their help and answers to our questions about farm life. We highly recommend this beautiful property.

Beautiful Home

The home is beautiful with a stunning view. The home was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked, paper roducts included. The pool was a life saver, as it was in the 90's every day of our stay. Enjoyed the firepit and selection of tv channels. The owners were great to work with. Only downside is a few changes needed in listing. It is listed as 4 bedroom and crow's nest, then 5 bedroom and crow's nest with beds listed in a total of 6 rooms. We assumed the last. It worked out, but not as i had hoped. The kitchen would be mighty tight if you added another table and more chairs. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Family vacation

This was out second time staying at this property and everything was wonderful just like the first time! The property is beautiful and very family friendly. We weren’t able to use the pool as much this time around due to cooler weather but we had fires in the evenings and even ventured out to Owensboro a time or 2. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive if needed. Our large family loves this house and will most likely be back for more stays in the future!

This was our families second time to stay at Martin Ridge. We love it here. Something for everyone, pool, fishing wonderful surroundings. The house was immaculate and it is equipped with everything you would have in your home. Joanne and her family are wonderful hosts. Quiet get away

He had a lovely stay, we had beautiful views and ample space. We really enjoyed our stay. We were able to go to another property the owner had to see the eclipse, since this home was at 99% totality. Joann when above and beyond and we have already discussed coming back. We couldn't see house numbers on the home and it took us a minute to find the rental.

Men’s Group Retreat

The location and atmosphere couldn’t have been better. Seven men came together for our annual retreat. The space is beautiful and spiritual. We ate, drank, walked and sat by the fire. The view of the forest and river make this a unique and special place. We hope to come back again,
