”I give Comfort Inn & Suites W. Seneca, NY 4 stars because of the customer care and service delivery. For me, the location was important because it was quiet with a mostly mature adult-type ambiance. The staff were very friendly and put a lot of care in handling my room accommodation needs when I arrived later in the evening. Each ask was met with a smile and in the affirmative which is rare in itself today. I would have liked to have seen more hot oatmeal or mixed fruit bowls for breakfast...

”The room is really clean and organized and the staff was very friendly with all my requests. They are implementing a new breakfast system, which is standard for NorthAmerican hotels and the food was very good. the yoghurt machine was simply amazing. The property is modern and well kept and staff promptly addressed an issue regarding a noisy neighbour. It was a great stay.”

”A former psychiatric hospital turned into an amazing hotel right on the campus of Buffalo State College. A surprising hidden gem. The hallways are tall and wide, and the rooms have high ceilings and are updated and comfortable. A very enjoyable stay.”

”Noisy location as it's next to Red roof inn which allows loud music late at night. Stink bugs found in room, plus some dead bugs in the corner. Juice machine broken, no milk cartons or juice boxes substituted. Parts of hotel are under construction, & no ice on 2nd floor. Staff was nice.”

”We came in late in the evening and the gentleman behind the desk was kind and helpful made us feel welcomed . The breakfast as delicious and the gentleman working in the dining room was friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.”

”It was a convenient location for the event I had to attend but the hotel is kind of hidden behind a Hampton Inn and when I arrived I didn’t see it at first. The hotel is brand new and very clean and comfortable ”

”Nice historic house with comfortable common rooms and a great location, close to downtown restaurants and a Walgreens open 24 hours. But my bedroom was so small I could not easily walk around, and the half-bathroom was also very small. Wes, the owner, welcomed me at check-in and has a warm personality. But breakfast was not offered, even though a Booking listing said breakfast was provided and the owner mentioned breakfast too. ”
