”The cleaning staff were absolutely horrible. I had to beg for towels and cleaning products. However, the reception staff were helpful to restore some sanity. They went above and beyond to aid me during a GI illness during my trip. Kudos to them! Should fire all cleaning staff immediately. They were rude and obnoxious.”

”The place was clean and gorgeous. Staff (guards and cleaners) were great and provided the needed service with a smile and effortless care. The Manager, Mr. Barry, is wonderful. He always reached out to see if anything was needed, but most importantly was instantly available to answer questions. He is easy going, professuonal and respectful. ”I needed a place to stay overnight on a layover in Dakar. This was the wrong choice. The address you are given does not match the property location on Expedia. The staff who helped me was as sweet as they come but we couldn’t communicate. No lock on the bedroom door, and you are locked in the property. I ended up leaving and going elsewhere. ”
