”The staff were extremely helpful. If we needed anything they helped almost immediately. The shuttle to and from the e airport was heaven sent. The breakfast is the same every day and the quality was not the best. But it is free so can’t complain too much”

”We usually stay at Des Luxe but have always wanted to stay at a variety of local hotels. We stayed here for the balcony experience but would never return. It was not well kept and the entrance was difficult and frustrating to locate. Ashley A. Was the only positive aspect of our trip. 10/10 would NOT recommend.”

There also was a group of college girls in the room next to us that blasted music till 3 am. After attempting to call the front desk 4 times at midnight and no one answering, I gave up and just laid awake till they turned it off. ”The location was great, so many places within walking distance. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was it advertised free parking - which was not true. It was $38/night to valet or parking was $10/night in a ramp across the street, which was a bit of a pain to get in and out of. Also, there was an extremely large wedding that occupied not only the ballrooms, but much of the shared common space and the music was so loud, so late, that it was hard to sleep.”

”Parking lot is small, makes it hard to park a big truck, not a big deal though. One of the elevators didn’t work though so it made it hard when it came to checking out as I had to make multiple trips and the doors didn’t open on the correct elevator unless someone was coming down in it”

”Trash was never cleared until I check out. 05/17 to 05/20. Breakfast was good but some items like boiled egg was hard.”

At AM check out: 10:30am- I went to front desk to tell Palak I'd been searching for my glasses for 1 hour, I couldn't drive without them, and might need extra time to find them. He deadpan told me I had 30 min to find them because checkout was at 11am, no apology, no emotion, no compassion. 11am- Returned to say I still hadn't found them. He said he had already helped me all he could by telling me I had until 11am to find...

”Despite other negative reviews, the stay was better than expected, room was clean and had useful inner and outer doors, even several hot breakfast items in the morning.”
