Söpö huoneisto - yksityinen taivas

Yksityinen yksi makuuhuone, yksi kylpyhuone .... pieni taivas. Olet puutarhatasolla, voit kävellä bussipysäkille huoneistokompleksin ulkopuolella. Voit kävellä myös ostoskeskukseen ja ruokakauppaan. Asukkaille on kesällä avoinna uima-allas. Voit käyttää yhteisiä tiloja tapahtumien järjestämiseen ja tapaamisiin. Keittiössä on sähköliesi, mikroaaltouuni ja jääkaappi. Pesula on aivan samalla tasolla. Voit ostaa tokeneja pesukoneen ja kuivausrummun käyttämiseen. Siellä on myös parveke, jota voidaan käyttää bbq- tai kukkaruukkuihin. Tämä sopii erinomaisesti myös pitkäaikaiseen vuokraukseen drake-opiskelijoille. Yliopisto on 15 minuutin bussimatkan päässä.

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!

I rented this place for my in-laws to stay for my sons high school graduation as I did not have the space for them and they wanted their own space naturally. They arrived and found this place to be the most disgusting rental ever! We are simple people, a little bit of dirt hurts no one but this place had Cobweb’s galore, the couch had a sheet on it with blood stains, bugs all on the floor, the TV screen was cracked with no picture, the freezer hadn’t been thaw out in years. When telling the VRBO owner he stated nothing was wrong and that his cleaning crew had video of the property yesterday and threatened me immediately. Then I sent him the pictures he said nothing was wrong with the property. Then he filled a claim on the insurance you HAD to purchase for the rental - no option NOT to purchase insurance. This rental is a total scam job. I have filled police reports and plan to litigate in court…. Don’t find yourself in this property for your own well being! I’ve rented numerous times through VRBO this has been my ONLY bad experience. People like this is what’s wrong with our society- and I for one will NOT let him scam anyone else in this process.

Don't Be A Victim

This unit was uninhabitable and unsafe upon our arrival and the owner’s negligence and unethical practices were appalling. Upon arrival we entered a unit that was filled with water damage. The walls, windows and door frames all had water stains. The carpet was black with mold. The entertainment center was so severally rotted, rusted, and damaged that it warranted replacement. The air quality was poor, as the unit smelled stale and musty. In addition to the water stains on the walls, window frames and sliding door tract areas, these areas also housed excessive dirt, leaves, and bugs thus providing more evidence of structural repair negligence. Spider webs were thick on the walls, furniture and drapes. Live spiders were found on the walls. The refrigerator needs repair. The freezer was lined with at least 1” of frost build-up on all the sides. The freezer still had frozen foods in it. The couch cover had soiled blood stains on it. The wooden bed slats to hold the mattress up on the bed frame were broken. Splintered wood pieces along with dead bugs were under the bed. The BBQ on the patio was home to a pack of cigarettes and an empty soda bottle that was used to hold previously smoked cigarette butts. We have 22 photos documenting the stated claims. After an initial inspection of the unit we vacated it. VRBO was provided pictures and the owner was contacted. The unit was rented for 15 days. Owner took no responsibility for her negligence. Responses were always excuses, for example: 1) It’s a holiday weekend, no one available for 3 days. 2) I was busy doing my taxes I couldn’t get back to you. Owner offered no assistance in finding alternate accommodations as we were not able to stay in her uninhabitable unit. Owner admitted to the severally rotted entertainment center and had the entertainment center removed and replaced. She even took the time to add the new picture to her listing. Don’t be fooled. The water damaged and molded carpet, walls, and refrigerator are all still there. She didn’t fix the problem, she just covered it up. We spent less than an hour in this unit, had we stayed longer I’m certain the list of neglected items within this rental unit would prove to be endless. The Owner breached her contract, she neglected her duties and she solidified her unethical business standards and lack of morals when she kept our money for a 15 night stay as she stood firm to her “No Refund” policy.

Needs work

There was nothing in this apartment that didn't need repaired, replaced or updated and cleaned. Patio door worked poorly, screen off track. Curtains not working. Light in hall and living groom not working or needed bulbs changed. Couches terribly uncomfortable. Kitchen refrigerator moldy door and dirty inside. Cupboards cramed with jumbled dirty dishes. Dirty silverware in drawers. Bathroom in need of help also. The apartment looked like nobody cared what shape it was in. Would not recommend anyone stay here if they wanted a comfortable place to visit with friends. Also was strange that the owner has personal belongings crammed in every closet in the place.

Restful stay

Nice place to rest while you visit the area. Very comfortable bed with blackout curtains. Sleep will not be an issue!
