”Erittäin epämiellyttävä kokemus. Kun tulimme paikalle niin ei respassa kuin siivooja ja ei edes puhelimella saanut vastaanottovirkailijaa kiinni. Onneksi siivooja laski huoneeseen kun näytimme varauksen. Remonttia tehtiin illalla.Jos ei olisimaksettu etukäteen 2 yöstä olisimme lähteneet poisjo ensimmäisenyön jälkeen.”
