”This property was perfect for my family: my son, dad and wife and us. I love the fact that it is so close to the beach. My dad and wife were able to sit at the balcony and watched us swim on the ocean. ”

”I must say that I was not expecting what was advertised. It was better! Our balcony was literally over the crashing waves of the beach. The sunset is also right outside, not just seen from our private balcony but from the living room which is opened to the balcony. The private Jacuzzi was not heating because of the last tenant but it was too hot anyways and we just used it to cool off. The private rooftop view was amazing also. From sunrise over the mountains of Rincón to sunset to the west next...

We stayed in the unit on the ground floor that was the 1000 sq ft unit, the beach is a truly just a 60-second walk away from the beach down a private walkway. The house is on a long stretch of beach in rincon where you can walk down the beach and come out right in the center of town where all of the restaurants and shops are located.
