Beautiful desert pool home in a quiet neighborhood near Palm Springs (15min) and Joshua Tree (35min). This comfortable, well-equipped home with luxurious outdoor space is perfect for a serene getaway! Enjoy a dip in the pool, a soak in the hot tub, a glass of wine by the fire pit, grilling on the BBQ, playing in the game room, streaming with fast WIFI, or climbing into a plush memory-foam topped bed.

This clean and bright 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with bonus game room is perfect for comfort and relaxation. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans, cookie sheets, crock pot, blender, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, French press coffee maker, toaster and more. The kitchen nook has a small dining table with large windows to take in the morning sun rising over the mountains, as you sip on your coffee. Enjoy one of the many board games or puzzles stocked in the breakfast nook cabinet. In the living room, you will find comfortable couches, smart TV, local area travel books, and a fireplace. Two of the bedrooms feature queen beds with memory foam toppers (additional twin trundle in one of these rooms), luggage rack and charging cables for your phone. The primary bedroom features a king bed with large modern vertical slat headboard, comfy memory foam topper, tv, bedside lamps, luggage rack, and a sliding glass door leading to the outdoor pool space. There is an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, clawfoot bathtub, rainfall shower, and an oversized walk-in closet.

The office has been converted to a game room equipped with a shuffleboard table, foosball table, oversized Connect 4, and a light curtain with fun light displays.

The outdoor space is enclosed by a beautiful ficus hedge and wood fencing, and is highlighted by a beautiful sunset mural on the north wall created by an award-winning LA artist. The backyard features a private pool and waterfall spa, BBQ, outdoor dining table for 8, pergola with an L-shaped couch, an oversized egg-chair, and 4 wood pool loungers on a newly-built deck. You cannot beat the sunset views from this backyard. The front courtyard features a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs enclosed by a ficus hedge and lit up with hanging bistro lights.

Spa heat is included in your stay.
Pool heat is NOT INCLUDED. Heat is an additional $80/day. Please give us a minimum of 24 hrs notice for pool heat. We will turn on the heater remotely to a comfortable 86 degrees.

The home comfortably sleeps 6 (1 king, 2 queen, 1 twin trundle, and one twin air mattress).

House Rules

• Be mindful about noise at all times, but especially between 10 pm and 8 am.
• No outdoor music is allowed in any rental in Desert Hot Springs, Palm Springs, and many other Coachella Valley rentals.
• This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE, and parties are no longer allowed at rentals.
• Smoking is only permitted outdoors and renter must clean up and leave no mess behind.
• All trash and recycling must be placed into city containers on the side of the house. Trash is collected on Tuesday.
• Off-limits - Garage is off-limits, and cabinets in the laundry room are off-limits.
• Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept financial responsibility should damage occur during occupancy.
• BBQ rules: The BBQ is connected to a natural gas line from the house. Only turn on the gas to use the BBQ, and then turn off immediately after use. Please clean the BBQ grates after each use.
• Firepit rules: Propane is included for the firepit. Please take care not to waste it. Turn off the propane tanks when not in use. Extra tanks will be on the side of the house in the front courtyard. If you run out during your stay, please reach out.
• No pets allowed. While we love our pups and love to travel with them, this property is not suitable for them. We accept assistance animals. No other animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except as specifically authorized in your reservation. You also agree that we cannot and do not guarantee that no animals have been in the Property prior to your use or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens.

Pool and Spa

• Spa heat is free of charge. Refer to the house manual for instructions on turning on the spa heat. Temperature is set to heat up to 102 degrees.
• Pool heat is NOT INCLUDED. Heat is an additional $80/day upon request. Please give us a minimum of 24 hrs notice for pool heat. We will turn on the heater remotely to a comfortable 86 degrees.
• Please, do NOT TOUCH the pool equipment. Renters will be required to cover the cost of equipment if deemed responsible for damage.
• Absolutely no glass in the pool.
• Pool and spa DO NOT have a fence or a gate so please be careful. Please ensure children are supervised. You understand that use of the pool is at your own risk and that you are responsible for any bodily injury or harm as a result of using the pool and spa.

Security Cameras and Noise Monitor: Ring doorbell, camera on the driveway, 2 cameras on the side yard/gate, 2 cameras watching the pool equipment, and camera in the owner's garage. There is a decibel monitor in the living room but it does not record or transmit audio, it purely notifies us if it detects excessive noise (ie: party).
