”It was a very positive suprise, not just the hotel but the old town surrounding it. Rooms very big and you really feel living in old monastery. Breakfast was excellent and personal very friendly and willing to help. Sauna was very positive experience.”
”This spa is fine but when we arrived after 3pm the rooms were not yet ready. This was particularly difficult as we had first treatments booked for 3 person at 4pm. We got the room just minutes before the treatments. Not 4.5* service. The next day it was not possible to have late checkout that would had been natural compensation. Offer for access to day spa is not the same.. For 5 person and more than 1200 EUR bill this is not acceptable.”
"Kahdella metrolla St Stephanin aukiolle 25 min metropysäkki 10 min kävelymatkan päässä. Jokirantaan ja siitä Donauinselille pääsee soljuvasti pitkällekin juoksulenkille, ei tarvi seistä liikennevaloissa. Kuntosali semi-ookoo, siellä ei ollut kyykkytankoa eikä kovin isoja läsipsinoja, aerobisia laitteita oli hyvin. Aamupala oli hyvä. Huoneet tilavat ja siistit. Yksi iso peitto queen-sängyssä oli bähän outo, kun siihen ei ole tottunut. Henkilökunta ei ollut mitenkään erityisen lämmintä esim respassa, mutta aivan asiallista. Siistijät tervehtivät aina iloisesti. Uima-allas oli kiva lisä, tossut ja kylpytakin sai pyynnöstä."
"Staff was not very helpful. I gave something to the safe at the reception and when I went to collect it they did not find it. Instead of looking properly they started asking me how took the things, what time etc. I had to wait and finally when I urged them to look properly they found it. Paid extra for late check out, they had not registered it on their computer and I could not get to my room. I had to explain it to them and only then I was able to go to my room."
"My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the welcome drink from the bar was a nice surprise. The hotel is located not so close to the Vienna center, but the U-Bahn station was only around the corner so it was fast and easy to get around. My room was in the first floor with a view to the next door building, but as I was away almost the whole day everyday, that wasn't that big of an issue for me. I was really happy with my stay here."
