What a wonderful property to stay in for a week.
We're a family of 5 with kids ranging from 10-16 and every one of us would go back and stay here in a heartbeat.
Pulling in to the covered parking and seeing the elevator so close was a welcome relief...but walking in the front door to a clean smell and a million dollar view was even better.
This condo had never been rented by these owners prior to us arriving...so we were a bit nervous about what we'd find. I asked a few questions of the owner and she responded immediately, ensuring me that she had personally gone through everything and that they had been working for months to have it ready for people to stay in. She was accurate.
The condo has obviously had a facelift. It felt like home from the second we walked in. The furniture was either new or extremely well cared for, the beds were new, sheets and bedding were clean, bathrooms were spotless...nothing felt outdated or old...it just felt right.
The televisions are new, easy to operate, dvd player was available, HULU, Netflix, etc....and the wifi was strong and we never had any issues with communication.
The view out to the gulf was incredible. It's a 3rd floor so it's not too high but still high enough that you don't get a ton of noise from the grounds below...and the best part is this condo is NOT above the pool, so you don't get the noise of kids playing or people talking...you get to year the roll of the ocean all day and night.
The balcony has high chairs that we used every morning and night for coffee and drinks as we watched hundreds of dolphins throughout the week.
The beach sand is so soft and white and the guys at the shed who put up the chairs were great to work with...making sure things were ready to go long before you were.
The pool was immaculate and clean...and was a great place on the cooler days to spend some time and let the kids play.
The location is about as good as you can get it if you want to be close to nearly everything. Restaurants are all over...but you can walk to a couple near Sterling Sands. Grocery store is less than a mile away, Target a couple...and the outlet malls 6-7 miles down the road...but the best part is all of that traffic is on the other side of the building so when you're in the condo, you have no idea anyone of all the people in town.
The entire condo is the perfect size, the grounds are maintained VERY well and this particular condo is perfect.
