    Wave on Wave on mahtava viiden makuuhuoneen ranta kotiin Destiny meren rannalla. Tämä ylellinen lahden edessä oleva koti on mukavasti nukkumassa 13 hengelle, ja siinä on tilaa pysäköidä neljä ajoneuvoa. Wave on Wave rakennettiin vuonna 2006 yhdellä Destinin alueen arvostetuimmista rakentajista ja siinä on vain hienoimmat viimeistelyt. Valkaistusta puupalkista kauniisiin talteenotettuihin puulattioihin pääkylpylakaluston mosaiikkiin on nähtävissä huolellisesti ja luovasti suunnitellun kodin suunnittelussa ja rakentamisessa.

    Tämä koti sisältää gourmet-keittiömestarin keittiön päätasolla, yksityisen hissin, 4. 5 kylpyhuonetta ja laaja kannet Meksikonlahdelle. Makuuhuoneet ovat hyvällä paikalla kolmen kerroksen keskuudessa yksityisyyden takaamiseksi ja kaikissa on taulutelevisio. Makuuhuone on ehdoton taideteos, jossa on oma parveke Emerald Coastin nähtävyyksien, äänien ja hajujen nauttimiseksi. Voit myös nauttia omasta yksityisestä rannasta ja ulkosuihkusta lomallesi äärimmäisen mukavasti!

    Wave on Wave sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla eksklusiivisessa Destiny by the Sea -yhteisössä ja on aivan nurkan takana yhteisön uima-altaalta. Kesäkuukausien aikana porteilla on 24 tunnin vartiointi ylimääräisen mielenrauhan vuoksi. Et ehkä koskaan halua lähteä tästä eliitistä Destin kotiin! Mutta… jos teet niin, muutaman kilometrin p��ässä on runsaasti kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Wave on Wave on todella kaunis paikka soittaa kotiin seuraavan rantaloman aikana.

Beautiful neighborhood and location. House could use some updating but overall was nice. Washer and dryer did not work, tech was sent out quickly but unfortunately day we left.

This house was by far the prettiest house we have stayed out over the past 6 or so years that we have been making family vacations for Thanksgiving week. It was a 3 generation trip with children from 4 to adults at 70. The dining room table was large enough that we were all able to eat together as a family. The living room had enough space to spread out. The house was absolutely great. There were only 2 drawbacks to the property and those were the deck/patio furniture was not very comfortable and the bathroom on the bottom floor is shared between 2 bedrooms - wish there had been a half bathroom on that level. The sitting area in the primary bedroom was so relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to enjoy our stay and make lots of memories. The boys were at the beach every day so the direct access was nice. We used the grill to make some meals at the house. The subdivision the house was located in was amazing. We had a great time. The management company was really good as well - checking on us through the week and answering all questions we had. Great stay.

Excellent location - items not included

Nice place, but you need to lug a your own things. Had only first day supplies of paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and toilet paper. Also ZERO beach towels at a beach house?!? Many of the doors have trouble with the hardware or are hard to close. 1st floor AC took 2 days to get down to 72 degrees, and top floor had three hornet nests on the eve. My idea of a vacation is to show up with expected things taken care of. This was not that.

Attractive house, kitchen equipment/tools need an upgrade. Great location!

It is an attractive house, with sufficient bedrooms and private bathrooms for my family of three couples and one single. However, the elevator was broken, which caused a lot of hauling to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The kitchen is on the 2nd floor. The exterior doors were difficult to open, and the kitchen stove took over 30 minutes to preheat. Old and much-used pots and pans, knives that did not cut well, and chipped dishes and cracked glasses. We did expect more at this price point. Also, no access to beach chairs, even though off-season, we did expect to have beach chairs. Good location and a pretty beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I booked this vacation, I was under the assumption private beach meant having the area in front of the house rental to ourselves. What we woke up to, were a line of rental chairs and umbrellas along the shoreline. Unfortunately, we then had to rent them in order to sit close to the water. For a family of 6, that wasn't a cheap additional charge. It's a beautiful home; however, the elevator wasn't working, and as any beach home, it could use some maintenance. Up and down 3 flights of stairs with luggage was a task. The beach and sand are beautiful. As for our family, with the amount of money this place cost, we were a little disappointed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is gorgeous and set in a beautiful location. We vacationed in Destiny by Sea for many years back in the early 2000's, so we are familiar with minor issues that invariably arise with every rental. That said, we cannot recommend this house for 3 main reasons.1. The beach access decking is severely splintered with protruding screw heads. It is also significantly leaning to the side. 2. The 2nd floor air conditioner was not working so no one could use the bedroom on that floor. It was hot even in May. The 1st and 3rd floor units worked great. 3. There was a lot of mold in the freestanding ice maker and clothes washer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay! The house was very clean, spacious, and right on the beach! The gated neighborhood was safe and quiet. There were only a few things that I wish had been more clear: the listing says that umbrellas are provided but they have to be rented from a company, as per the HOA rules. I think this fee should just be included with the rental, since you're not allowed to put up your own umbrellas/canopies. The other smaller detail is that the directions to the home should include where the main gate is. We went to the wrong gate and had a lot of back and forth. That being said, the management company was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Finally, the home is a but older, and the benches on the walkway to the beach were rotting/falling apart. We didn't need them, but could be a hazard. All in all, it was a beautiful home and we would definitely recommend it to any family!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

There was plenty of space for our family of six, my parents, and my sister and her husband. We all appreciated the king beds in every room, as well as the en suite bathrooms with an abundance of towels and wash rags. The washer and dryer on the first floor was marvelous. The kitchen was well stocked for the amount of cooking we did. Drinking coffee on the balcony, sleeping with the balcony doors open, the incredibly well-stocked room of beach toys, boogie boards, and a few inflatable rafts really sealed the deal for my kids! We have stayed at many beach houses through the years but this one topped them all. It was very convenient to rent chairs and umbrella set up for us each day. Management was easily reached at all times. The gated community felt safe and was easy for us to access (gate, pool, etc.) We stayed the week of thanksgiving and felt like we discovered the best kept secret in Florida - weather was cool but gorgeous. Mostly other families on the beach and it wasn’t crowded. Six adults, three teenagers and a six year old had an exceptional vacation. Outstanding location, attentive management, convenience at every turn; we can’t wait to come back.

Good house with great location but wouldn’t return

Overall house is nice with some interesting decor (tiles, ceiling, etc). We stayed here in October with parents, kids and grandparents. Plenty of living space and bedrooms are good size. However, we all decided we probably wouldn’t stay here again as we have stayed in better places at this price point. Rental is dingier than expected. For example there are hand/finger prints on all of the white interior doors that make things feel dirty. Bathrooms are all very tight (except master). To the point where you have to turn sideways to get past open door and into bathroom. Beach towels not included which is stated when you book but very annoying considering it’s a house on the beach and the price of the rental. We’ve stayed in many other places where they are included and it’s so much easier. The “starter” items are ridiculously small or minimal. For example, the kitchen dish soap is about 2 inches tall. The $ store has larger bottles than that. And there is 1 garbage bag in the kitchen and that’s it. We are used to bringing extra tp, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc with us but this rental’s starters were more extreme than normal. Again, it comes back to the price point where you expect a little bit more amenities/service/quality when you are paying this much for a rental house. Lastly, we had issues with the back door lock not working properly and unknowingly had left it unlocked for the first half of the week including while we were out or sleeping which is a huge safety issue. We had maintenance come out twice to fix it. The second time, maintenance admitted this is an ongoing issue with this door and that the lock needs to be replaced. After working on it for 30 minutes he was able to get it to lock and advised us to not use this door for the rest of the week. The guys who came out to fix things were very nice and helpful but the ladies you talk to on the phone are less service oriented. For these reasons we would go somewhere else next time and also avoid My Vacation Haven rental properties in the future.

Poor management

Property was great…location was great….management groupware the worst I have ever dealt with…broken dryer no follow up……called the company daily with no solutions offered…said they would send clean towels went to the wrong house…finally received some on the last day….will never stay at house management by this company ever again!!!!!

Nice home

Check in was very easy . House beautifully decorated and clean . We had an issue with the master bath shower was one temperature, only super hot . Called management Monday ... didn’t show up to check on till Friday . Also told them about broken chair , never addressed .

Beautiful property and view!

This home exceeded our expectations. It was so nice being right on the beach. Loved the gated community and privacy. Easily accommodated two families and our nanny. Kids loved the property, too! Tons of toys and boogie boards in the storage room. We will be back!

Very Nice House

We had a great time at this house. Very beautiful and was clean. The only issue we had was the mattress in master needed to be replaced, plus the sheets were way to big for the mattress which caused unrest. Also we had to rent beach chairs. We were told there were chairs in the beach closet.. there was one. The houses we have rented before, the chairs were included. As much as we paid for the house, we felt like they should have been included. Overall.. we had a great time!

Fabulous family vacation

This was a fantastic property for our family of 6. We enjoyed the vastness of the house and the ability to spread out when necessary. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. It made for a great home away from home for the week! We will definitely return!
