This unit offer views overlooking the lake, pool as well as a partial balcony view of the Gulf of Mexico which gives the feeling of being right on the beach. A private beach boardwalk (no streets to cross or public access) or our seasonal free beach tram gives easy access from this property to the beach.


This unit sleeps a maximum of 8 people. With a King in the master, a Queen in the guest room, 2 Twins in the third bedroom, a Queen pull-out sofa sleeper in living room and a portable Graco® crib for baby.

The Kitchen is equipped with full-sized range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, Keurig, regular coffeemaker, blender, complete kitchenware, toaster and more. We even put out a welcome basket with a few snacks and a couple cold Coca Cola's in the fridge to get you started.

The unit has free wireless High Speed Internet with up to 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload , 4 TVs and a Blu-ray/DVD player, Roku in the living Room to support all streaming apps.

Bathrooms come fully stocked with towels, and a welcome kit including luxury soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and vanity kit.

This unit has a covered reserved parking space under the building for very easy access. The parking space is a 10 second walk to the elevator and this unit is directly off the 2nd floor elevator, easy in and out! Additionally, there is free boat/RV parking and EV parking spaces as well.
