Family Get Away.

Extreamly clean and efficient condo. The front staff was extreamly helpful in the check in and out process as well as diner suggestions and tennis/pickle ball rental equipment. This property is conveniently located for dinner and other activities as well as the exceptional beach and water activities. The inclusion of beach chairs was a huge positive.

Very intentional place

This is a great condo. You can tell the owners care about providing a good home away from home for guests. The welcome goodie bags are a nice touch. Unfortunately not the same can be said about housekeeping/management. This place has everything you need except plates/cups for little kids. Mine (3&6) are used to eating in breakable plates but I was still a little nervous because these weren’t my plates. There wasn’t a kitchen sponge provided which I thought was unusual. The condo wasn’t spotless when we received it. The floors were dirty. Not sandy, black dirty. The dining room light works sporadically. A stove burner doesn’t work and the bar stools are extremely wobbly. Sit at your own risk. One night I was relaxing in the balcony when someone above us started smoking. I sent a text to management and they didn’t reply until the next morning asking to provide pictures and an apartment number. I’ll make sure next time I tell the smoker to smile for the picture. On our last night, there was a group of drunk college kids on the 7th floor well past midnight. They woke us up from very deep sleep. I called this time and no answer after many, many attempts. I received a message the next day. The view of the beach is amazing and I don’t think it’s fairly pictured in the property listing. Everything was purchased for this condo, unlike others where it’s mostly the dumping grounds of the owners primary residence. I’d recommend a new fridge a hooks or shelves in the bathrooms.

Great Location / Great complex

A friend & I recently rented this unit. The unit was well equipped (except beach towels - bring your own). The owner generously left us gift bags, a Target gift card and left suggestions for area restaurants. A very thoughtful touch. Thank uou’ We loved the location; quiet, heated pool, short walk to beach, wonderful nearby restaurants & shopping. We are elderly & felt safe in this unit. The free beach service; chairs & umbrellas was a Bonus. I would advise placing towels on chairs in early morning to reserve you chair & location. Beds were reasonability comfortable, (thick,felt newer but definitely on the soft side.) The unit is sufficiently large & comfortable enough for 2 people. I say that because of the seating. Although the unit had plenty of hard seating (bar stools, wooden dining room chairs, wood accent chairs & bench) the only comfortable place to sit was on the sofa bed in the living room. The unit could use a deep cleaning of floors, and rugs (stains). I don’t mind some sand on floors,’that is to be expected, I’m referring to dirty floors…..::wiped up a water spill in the kitchen and master bath & both were quite dirty. The entire unit could use a throughout dusting (decor items, small kitchen appliances, plastics/silk plants were dusty & in need of a good cleaning. The master bath could use a fresh coat of paint and tub & tile work; looks worn & old compared to the rest of the unit. A good unit for 2 people.

Awesome w/NO complaints!

Loved it here!! We arrived late w/2 kids after a long day of driving/flying & received the friendliest service from Wayne. He gave us a list of recommended restaurants & ice cream treats for the kids, suggested we take a pic of our door code w/our phones (best advice ever), & showed us to our room. It was perfect for our family of 4 - very clean, spacious, beautiful view of the ocean, 5-10 min drive to restaurants, cupboards fully stocked, & a $20 Target gift card for things we might need! We walked from the building almost right onto the private beach, which felt luxurious, & we were able to bring adult beverages to sip by the ocean. We used the pool too & it was clean/good sized. We could text the front desk w/any question & they responded within a couple hrs. We had groceries delivered & they had shopping carts to load them in to take to our room on the 6th floor. We asked about combining the 2 twin beds into 1 bed & they sent someone to do it that same evening while we were at dinner. We used the coin laundry & didn't realize they locked up the laundry room at 11pm so our clothes were locked in there - we asked the front desk & they gladly opened it for us. On our last day, checkout was 10am & we had a later flight & needed a place to keep our luggage so they locked it in their business center & kept it safe for us all day! The employees were all friendly/nice. Everything was clean. Holiday Surf & Racquet Club made our vacation easy & relaxing. We'll 100% stay here again!

Excellent stay!

We booked our stay just 2 weeks before arrival. Due to being self-employed, it's hard to schedule too far in advance. Everything from booking online to checking out this morning was very easy and had no issues at all. We will def return.

Beautiful gulf vacation

We had a great stay in Destin. The view from the condo was beautiful. The unit had everything we needed. The pool and beach were perfect. We would visit again.

Clean and quaint

This condo was nicely decorated. I would say overall it was 7 out of 10. The master bedroom mattress is terrible. My husband and I felt like we were sleeping in a black hole. There was a significant hole in center of mattress. Also the master bathroom shower did not drain well which left standing water as you showered. We had to use the plunger which helped drainage. All in all it was nice.
