Upon entering Magnolia House 107, you are greeted with warm and inviting tones, giving a cozy and welcoming feel. The living area is tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings, providing the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The sofa pulls out into a queen bed allowing for extra sleeping space. Large windows overlook the pool, creating a tranquil atmosphere as you take in the beautiful view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The warm tones continue in the kitchen, with earthy hues, creating a cozy atmosphere while cooking or enjoying meals.
The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, dressed in high-quality linens, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Additionally, there is a dresser and closet for storage, ensuring you can unpack and feel right at home. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo and plenty of counter space with both an entrance in the bedroom and in the common area. It is stocked with towels and essential toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
One of the major attractions of this condo is its amenities. The condo includes two beach access points, providing easy access to the beautiful sandy beaches. Additionally, two adult bikes are provided seasonally, allowing you to explore the area and enjoy the scenic views.
The gated Destin Pointe community includes three resort pools, providing plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. There are also tennis and pickleball courts, perfect for those who love to stay active. Shuffleboard is also available for those who want to try their hand at a fun and classic game.
