There's NO SHARING bathrooms with 8 King suites with 2 King suites on 1st floor, all attached baths and even the 6 built-in hallway twins get their own private bath, full bath #9! One King suite on second floor is a "family room" with a King plus set of twin bunks for families with little ones. SLEEPS 24 in beds, MAX of 16 adults. Only 12 & under in the 8 twins (4 sets twin bunks). ROOFTOP BALCONY to catch breezes and sunset! All TVs wall-mounted, all wi-fi, and each bedroom has its own TV. - LAYOUT: ++1st floor: 2 King suites, kitchen, 2 high-top dining tables, a 3-couch lounge area w/ 65" TV, half-bath, french doors to patio with outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub, and a pool bath. ++ 2nd floor: 3 King suites, wet bar and 3-couch lounge area w/ 65" TV, pool table, half-bath, french doors lead to large balcony. ++ 3rd floor: 3 King suites, 6 twins built into 3rd floor hallway, and full bath #9 for the bunks. 3-couch lounge area w/ 65" TV. French doors lead to balcony with spiral staircase going to ROOFTOP BALCONY which faces west. - LOCATION: we are a block and 3 houses from the beach access at the end of Barracuda Street, exactly 2/10ths of a mile or about a 3-minute walk. Only a half-mile to the Bass Pro shop and 85+ shopping and restaurants at The Destin Commons main intersection. - WE PROVIDE: free chair service for 8 which is 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas right at the water's edge (seasonal), a stand-up-paddleboard (SUP), appx a dozen folding sand chairs, a rolling beach cart, two rolling coolers, a dozen beach towels, some pool floats. And take everything to the beach on the golf cart!
*** OPTIONAL POOL HEAT: Pool heat is offered seasonally between October and May, but it is subject to weather and owner discretion. Extreme temperatures will make heating the pool not feasible, and the ability to heat the pool is NOT guaranteed. Pool Heat must be purchased IN ADVANCE for the entire/duration of stay and will be billed at the time of the request by Stripe Invoice. Hot tub heat is FREE for 5 hours a day and is set to 100.
*** CAMERA NOTE: there are two exterior cameras at this house. One is a ring-style doorbell camera pointed out from door. The second is overlooking parking area and allows us to monitor parking, putting out and removing trash bins, and protecting our property in the off-season. ***
